Settle the nervous system. Get out of survival mode before anything else.

Awareness
Notice what's happening — in your body, your patterns, your projections. No judgment.

Reason
What actually happened? What assumptions are you carrying? What's yours to understand?

Action
Aligned action — not reactive, not perfect. What's one thing you can actually do today?

Self-Trust
Build the relationship with yourself. The most durable relationship you'll ever have.

Freedom
Not the absence of problems. The capacity to meet them without losing yourself.

It's not a bug. It's the feature. Each cycle goes a little deeper.

Distress
Something's activated. You feel it before you can name it.
Question
I ask you something you haven't considered. You can't google this.
Insight
Something shifts. Not an answer — a perspective. A slightly different way of seeing it.
This is a process. Progress isn't linear. You'll cycle through these stages — sometimes quickly, sometimes not. That's how it works.
